Jordan represents individuals, families, and businesses in both civil and criminal cases. He is an experienced advocate and courtroom strategist that fights hard for his clients in every case. He founded the Cunningham Law Group in order to offer clients a cost-effective, problem-solving approach to legal representation.

Jordan prides himself on serving his clients with integrity, intelligence, and passion. He represents clients in both state and federal court, with a particular focus on courtrooms on the Central Coast. His wide-ranging experience includes numerous successful jury trials, court trials, contested hearings, and appeals. He also advises clients in relation to government investigations, drawing on his past experience as a prosecutor and working for the federal government.

Jordan is a former deputy district attorney in San Luis Obispo County, where he compiled a stellar trial record handling a wide variety of criminal cases including DUI, fraud, assault and battery, domestic violence, white collar and environmental crimes. Before founding the Cunningham Law Group, he practiced with the law firm Adamski, Moroski, Madden, Cumberland & Green LLP.

Prior to moving home to the Central Coast to serve as a deputy district attorney, Jordan worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, and served as a law clerk to two federal judges. Jordan is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall).

PERSONAL

A native of San Luis Obispo County, Jordan and his wife Shauna live in Paso Robles with their four children. From 2016-2022, Jordan represented the Central Coast region in the California State Assembly — in addition to maintaining his law practice. While an Assemblymember, he was appointed to serve as Vice-Chair of the Judiciary Committee, Vice-Chair of the Rules Committee, and Co-Chair of the Ethics Committee.
